Executive Officer - Registration

Executive Officer level vacancy in the Registration Department.

Under the Health and Social Care Professionals Act, 2005, the Health and Social Care Professional Council (CORU) is a statutory body set up to protect the public by promoting high standards of professional conduct and professional education, training and competence among registrants of the designated professions.

The Registration department currently has a vacancy for an Executive Officer. The successful candidate will report to the Registration Manager.

The role provides executive and administration support within the Registration department by following and maintaining processes for registration of professionals including project planning and implementation.

This position is necessary for providing continued support in the Registration Operations Team and the attendance of Registration Boards meetings. The role of Executive Officer is to process registration applications in a timely manner in line with statutory requirements. Further information is available within the job specification.

Salary for this position will be paid on the Civil Service Executive Officer scale €31,384 to €52,3702 (12 point scale & 2 long service increments).

Please Note: Initial remuneration for this position will be at the first point of the scale. This rate will not apply where the appointee is an existing civil or public servant appointed on or after 6th April 1995 or is newly recruited to the Public Service and is required to make a personal pension contribution.

Annual leave entitlement for this position is 23 days and CORU operates a flexi-time policy. This is a pensionable position.
