Higher Executive Officer – Education Quality Manager

Reporting to the Head of Education, the Education Quality Manager will be responsible for managing CORU’s education quality assurance processes to enable registration boards meet their requirements under Part 5 of the Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (as amended).   

Salary and Further Information:

Salary for the roles will be based on the Civil Service Higher Executive Officer scale €56,556 to €71,2272 (9 point scale & 2 long service increments).

Please Note: Initial remuneration for this position will be at the first point of the scale. This rate will not apply where the appointee is an existing civil or public servant appointed on or after 6th April 1995 or is newly recruited to the Public Service and is required to make a personal pension contribution.

Annual leave entitlement for the role as Higher Executive Officer is 29 days and CORU operates a flexi-time policy. This is a pensionable position.

Hybrid working available subject to completion of successful probation.

Ag tuairisciú don Cheann Oideachais, beidh an Bainisteoir Cáilíochta Oideachais freagrach as próisis dearbhaithe cáilíochta oideachais CORU a bhainistiú chun cur ar chumas na mbord clárúcháin a gcuid riachtanas faoi Chuid 5 den Acht um Ghairmithe Sláinte agus Cúraim Shóisialaigh, 2005 (arna leasú) a chomhlíonadh.

Beidh tuarastal na ról bunaithe ar scála Ardoifigigh Feidhmiúcháin na Státseirbhíse, is é sin €56,556 go €71,2272 (scála 9 bpointe agus 2 incrimint fadseirbhíse).

Tabhair do d'aire: Beidh luach saothair tosaigh don phost seo ag an gcéad phointe den scála. Ní bheidh feidhm ag an ráta seo i gcás go bhfuil an té a cheapfar ina státseirbhíseach nó ina f(h)ostaí sa tSeirbhís Phoiblí cheana féin agus gur ceapadh é nó í ar an 6 Aibreán 1995 nó dá éis sin, ná i gcás go bhfuil an té nua-earcaithe chun na Seirbhíse Poiblí agus go n-éilítear air nó uirthi ranníocaíocht phearsanta phinsin a dhéanamh.
