Appointments to Registration Boards - July - September 2023

The Minister of Health made a number of appointments to CORU’s Registration Boards between July and September 2023.

Health and Social Care Professionals Council

Denis Murphy was appointed as representative of the interest of the general public.

Optical Registration Board

Linda Fitzharris was appointed as a representative of the management in the public health/social care sectors. Daryl Mahon was appointed as a representative of the management in the private/voluntary health/social care sectors. Colin Reid, James Buckley and Maria Barry were appointed as representatives of the interest of the general public.

Dietitians Registration Board

Catríona Fisher was appointed as a representative of the interest of the general public.

Counsellors and Psychotherapists Registration Board

Kieran Kenny was appointed as a representative of the interest of the general public.

Occupational Therapists Registration Board

Kathryn Holly was appointed to the Board as a representative of the management in the private/voluntary health/social care sectors.

Physiotherapists Registration Board

Grace Kivlehan was appointed as a representative of the management in the public health/social care sectors.

Radiographers Registration Board

Bernard McCartan was appointed as a representative of the interest of the general public.

Speech and Language Therapists Registration Board

Eibhlin O'Leary was appointed as a representative of the management in the private/voluntary health/social care sectors. Seán O’Leary was appointed as a representative of the interest of the general public.
