Section 77 of the Health and Social Care Professionals Act, 2005 (as amended) provides that Council shall (with the exception of a sanction of admonishment or censure) advise the public as to the outcome of a fitness to practise process. 

Council must publish a sanction of admonishment or censure if it is satisfied that it is in the public interest to do so.
