Melika Khandanian

As the Acting Head of Digital Strategy at CORU, Mel leads the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Team and oversees the organisation’s digital infrastructure. In this role, Mel is responsible for ensuring that all systems and software solutions meet the diverse needs of CORU and our stakeholders.

A key focus of Mel’s work is the ongoing digitisation of processes and procedures, with the aim of streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency across the organisation. By leading on digital transformation, Mel ensures that CORU remains agile and responsive in an increasingly digital landscape and supports the organisation’s long-term strategic goals.
