Ciaran Walsh
Ciaran Walsh is the RSM in the Bon Secours Cork, Ireland’s largest private hospital. He trained in the UK where he worked in both NHS and private hospitals. Ciaran returned to Ireland to set up the CT service in St. Columcille’s Hospital, Loughlinstown before becoming RSM in the South Infirmary Victoria University Hospital, Cork.
Over the years, he has been involved in multiple regional and national projects. He has organised many short courses and study days for radiographers such as Red Dot, Cardiac Imaging and Cross Sectional Anatomy. Ciaran was closely associated with the establishment of the UCC postgraduate Radiography programme and does occasional lectures for the students.
