Fintan Reddy

Fintan has held a number of senior operational and commercial roles in both multi-national and large Irish organisations spanning 25 years. He has also spent a number of years working as a management consultant focusing on process improvement and associated projects. Fintan’s industry experience spans the IT, pharmaceutical and retail sectors.

Fintan has been heavily involved in setting up the operations of a number of multi-national organisations involving significant strategic and operational management both locally and internationally. He has been responsible for a number of major projects and initiatives requiring significant attention in the areas of change management, process redesign, project management and budgetary controls. Fintan’s background and initial training is as a Systems Analyst and he has been responsible for the selection and implementation of various computer systems and software solutions supporting a variety of business requirements. Fintan is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin with an MSc (Mgmt) in Organisation Behaviour and he is also a graduate of University College Dublin's Smurfit Business School with an MBA. Fintan is a former part-time lecturer in Dublin City University. Fintan is a volunteer with a national organisation working in the area of suicide prevention.
